The Environmental, Safety and Public Policy Committee of our Board of Directors has the
highest level of accountability for our global EH&S policy. Adherence to the policy is a
responsibility and a condition of employment for every individual at Air Products.

and the public.
- Development and production of products
that can be manufactured, distributed,
used and recycled or disposed of in a
safe, secure and environmentally sound
manner.
- Open discussion of our environmental,
health, and safety practices and performance.
- Active participation in Responsible Care®
and similar initiatives in the countries in
which we operate.
